Abstract

|
A case of breast cancer in male arising from the It, mammary gland in a 47 year old Korean man is presented.
Breast cancer in male is very rare in literature, less than I percent of all mammary carcinoma.
Radical mastectomy was performed under the diagnosis of carcinoma by mean of Frozen rection. The nipple is finger tip in size, and brown pigmented, no ulcer on the surface. The tumor located under the nipple, 5 X 4 X 4 ㎝, with pale whitish cut surface. The axillar lymph modes were palpated. The pathohistological finding was revealed carcinoma of breast(male) with lymphnodesmetastasis. Postoperative deeptherapy was caried out. The patient is still alive even after three years sinced the operation.
